Favourite things to grow Her passion lies in developing in children and teenagers a delicious, healthy sense of who they are and how to awaken them to the greatness of their own potential. My goal is to energise, strengthen and empower the trio of body, mind and soul so that young people grow up with all the skills they need to live a fruitful life of balance and harmony with peaceful, happy hearts.

Favourite things to grow Vanessa's interests include human development on all levels, the physical body and its amazing capabilities, biology, art and craft, story and nature as sources of learning and self expression. For young children everything is new and that wonderment in the world around them is delightful and helps to fuel imagination and appreciation in the world around them: ie nature, their friends and themselves. Teaching yoga to young children through music, language and movement is a very special experience/memory for children and teachers alike.
