The Yoga Garden program provides a space for seeds to be planted and to grow within the garden of the self, in a way that nurtures and encourages each individual to grow to their fullest potential. It uses a fun and creative approach to help children connect more deeply with themselves, others and the environment. The principal focus is to nurture a strong body, a calm mind and a contented heart- growing happy, healthy children
