Yoga, mindfulness and meditation sessions for high school--Get to know yourself from the inside-out! Aligning with the Australian curriculum, these sessions give the students tools and techniques to deal with the stress and challenges of school work and exams, social pressures and life in general. The students get a break, not only from their devices, but from the thinking mind... taking them into their bodies and experiencing spaces of stillness and quiet within.
The results are more calmness and clarity leading to greater access to insights, self knowledge and self mastery. Having this deeper understanding of the self from the inside out, brings about more appreciation, love and respect for self and for others. A classroom of students with emotional maturity creates a harmonious and supportive environment for learning—happy healthy teens achieving high outcomes.
