For parent and child... This class offers an early introduction of yoga and meditation to your child whilst also gaining the benefits of yoga for yourself. It's an opportunity to connect with your child in a special way - a great class for parents who are home-schooling their kids.
For kids... A class for primary school age kids who want to do something outside of the classroom that is non-competitive. The kids have the space and opportunities to explore their bodies and also the spaces within, building up confidence in themselves as they do so. This is a fun safe space for kids to make new friends and develop wonderful life-long skills to draw upon at any time.
For teens... A class to improve breathing practices, time to stretch and time and to simply be. We discover how to build up resilience, deal successfully with stress, helping teens reach their highest potential. In creating spaces of stillness, we find a world within the self and a peaceful place to which we can retreat.
For teachers... Professional learning workshops aim to increase staff's awareness of their own personal health and well-being. School teachers get to experience first hand many yoga, relaxation and mindfulness techniques and learn how these practices can be incorporated into the classroom.
For adults... This class aims to bring people to a state of being energised, revitalised and relaxed all at once... and for the body, mind and soul to feel in a state of harmony and balance. Treating yourself to a class once a week is something you deserve to give back to yourself.
