Deer-lightful

What's my dream?

Yoga provides so many of the solutions. It works on every level of your being so it's a holistic approach nurturing body, mind and spirit. Many of the problems families are facing are the result of the busy, stressed world we're living in.
If we can't escape the stress and anxiety, we need to learn how to deal with it!

My dream is help bring about more harmony and unity in the world, starting at the grassroots level with our young ones, empowering them to grow into the fullness of their beautiful, divine potential.

The Great Quest is an online course that aims to give kids the best start to life - giving them the tools to grow up knowing who they are on all levels of their being - physically, energetically, emotionally, mentally and also on a soul level.

The exciting thing is that being online, there's the opportunity for your kids to make new friends with other kids from around the world (zoom-pals instead of pen-pals).

I hope to share this dream with you and your kids, breaking down barriers, connecting and uniting in the spirit of yoga, for a bright new tomorrow.

May we all step towards raising our kids in the world consciously, so we can raise consciousness in the world.

Namaste,
Suzanna
