Sparkes Yoga Studio 

Online yoga classes started up in response to our world going into temporary shut-downs due to the Covid.
This time encouraged us to re-set and decide how to create a new "normal" where we're living a more balanced life.

Hybrid yoga classes are now available at Sparkes yoga studio with students attending face-to-face or online.
