I just wanted to send you a note back to say thank you so much for everything you have done with the children this year. My little boy Harry absolutely loves the yoga classes and comes home and shows off his moves to all of his family and extended family. It is one of the activities he has enjoyed the most and it gives us such great pleasure to see his enthusiasm. There have been many lovely and hilarious moments shared at home as a result of your lessons.

The Yoga Garden classes have been a joy and delight to us all at preschool. Half an hour a week of immersion in a magical story world of imagination and movement from which we return to our preschool room relaxed, enriched and positive.
Tharwa preschool
This wonderful experience enhanced their skills in all areas of their development, as they embraced the fun and challenges through exercise, relaxation and concentration. Each session provided the children with an opportunity to use their imagination and creativity through the use of body movement and posture. We highly recommend this program to all areas of early childhood.
Totom House Multicultural EC Centre
The Yoga Garden program enables children to become aware, developing an understanding of yoga, the elements, and the connections between mind, body and soul.
Blue Gum Early Learning Centre
The Yoga Garden acknowledges the sacred land upon which we practice yoga.
We show our respect to the traditional custodians, the Ngunnawal People, and to Elders past and present, for passing on their stories, and continuing their culture and connection to land. |
