We growl like tigers and become seeds growing into magical trees... we stand solid like the mountain... feel the freedom of the butterfly... the flexibility of a cat... we become the bridge that crosses from the world of reality into that of the imagination. We then rest in a garden of inner stillness, peace and tranquility.

I am so impressed with the class, it is so creative and fun. I love being back in that space of childlike attention, it brings you in connection with your own inner child, and the topics of the elements make me consider it in my own world and expression.
