NEW- ONLINE YOGA CLASSES FOR CHILDREN, TEENS, ADULTS
Online classes

What's on offer in the yoga garden?

For the young child... laying the foundation
We create a world of fun and imagination where we can experience the flexibility and strength of our bodies. We growl like tigers and become seeds growing into magical trees... we stand solid like the mountain... feel the freedom of the butterfly... the flexibility of a cat... we become the bridge that crosses from the world of reality into that of the imagination. We then rest in a garden of inner stillness, peace and tranquility.

For kids... primary growth
For this age group we facilitate the development of physical health, emotional balance, clear focus and self awareness in education. A big emphasis is placed on social connections, interacting with partners and working in small groups. The programs work in alignment with the Australian National curriculum, creating space for the holistic well-being of young people and those teaching them.

For teens... secondary roots
We teach tools and techniques to de-stress and chill out. We stretch a little and relax a lot and find an inner world we can retreat to where everything is okay. We find clarity, confidence and creativity and feeling empowered and motivated we step off the yoga mat to face the world.

For teachers... the master gardeners
We teach tools that school teachers can use for their own health and well-being, and tools they can use to create a peaceful, harmonious classroom. A healthy, happy teacher that is centred, calm and connected, will model for children how they can also live in this state.

For parents and children... family trees
We offer a time to play and to make special heart connections with one another. The family yoga workshops give parents an opportunity to share yoga with their child/ren. They learn techniques they can take home to do together, creating a happy, balanced home environment.

For mothers and daughters... offspring and offshoots
A sacred space is created for mothers and daughters to bond through a shared yoga practice where hearts blossom and open in the most natural way. We aim to create a nurturing, joyful space that brings a sense of safety and invites true authenticity.

For all adults... gardeners of your self
Yoga classes provide a space where you can re-connect with your inner life, nourish your foundation, plant new seeds and empower yourself to step more confidently towards them.
